Leaving Benji was the hardest thing I ever had to do. It’s crazy how things work out for me, but I just couldn't sit around and look like boo boo the fool. It's been three months and I still cry myself to sleep. Tamar keeps me up on all the shit that's going on in the hood, and she keeps an eye out on Benji for me. I'm planning on coming back because I miss him like crazy. I called him and no words came out, all I could do was cry like a big ass baby. I feel bad that I couldn't attend Tamar’s baby shower. She found out she's having a baby girl and surprisingly, Eddy has stepped up and is acting like a man. I still don't like his nasty ass; that nigga too sneaky for me. Living here in Columbus with my daddy hasn't been that bad, I kind of like it here. He is so nice. He gives me anything I want and my room is big. He had people come paint my walls pink, and everything in my room is white. I guess he still thinks I’m a little girl. It's nice, but I'm a big girl now. He missed out on all that stuff. His wife is nice. She an older black lady with a big ass booty; that shit looks like a table. She always takes me to get my nails and feet done, and we shop a lot. My daddy gives me money every single day, but I put a stop to that when I got a job at Home Depot. I figured since I'm not going to go back to school, I might as well work. I’ve been there going on two months and I love it.

One day I saw Benji’s sisters, Tay and Taylor, and their punk ass mama come in there. Good thing I was in the aisles and they didn't see me. They were with some other guy that looked kind of like Benji. My heart stopped because I thought it was Benji, but he was a lot taller and he didn't have dreads. I didn't know his family lived out here. I wanted to confront his mama so bad, but I didn't want anyone to know that I was out here, so I let it go. I’ve been going to the park a lot just to clear my mind. It's a lot going on with me, that's why I need to go home. On my birthday, I got my first cake. I never had a birthday party, cake, or even received a birthday gift, so when my dad’s wife, June, brought that cake out with a gold plated diamond necklace, I was speechless. I cried like a big baby on her shoulder. She doesn't have any kids so she treats me like a spoiled brat and I like it. We went to dinner and the movies. My dad couldn't make it because he said he had
